With a rich background in customer experience spanning over 20 years, Sonali is an expert in crafting captivating customer interactions. She holds a business degree from Tulane University, a Master's in Service Design from Italy, and several behavioral training certifications. Sonali has worked with prestigious brands like L'oreal Luxury brands, Colorbar Cosmetics, Kerastase, and many more, demonstrating her ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Simran Ahuja
Co-founder & Lead Experience Designer
With over 17 years of experience in strategy consulting and engineering, Simran specializes in designing end-to-end digital solutions that drive business growth. She holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and has worked with renowned companies like EY and Capgemini in the US. Simran has successfully collaborated with brands like Disney and others, bringing a wealth of expertise to our team.
